Replying to Emails ABOVE the Previous Message (RoundCube)

1. Log into your email account at: https://your-domain.com/webmail  (Replace {your-domain} with your actual domain name)
2. Select “RoundCube”
   
3. Select “Settings” from the upper right corner.
4. Select the “Composing Messages” option on the right side
5. Find the option that states: “When replying” and change the drop down menu option to “Start new message above original”

That should do it  ;-)
