- Log into your email account at: https://your-domain.com/webmail  (Replace {your-domain} with your actual domain name)
- Select “RoundCube”
- Select “Settings” from the upper right corner.
- Select the “Composing Messages” option on the right side
- Find the option that states: “When replying” and change the drop down menu option to “Start new message above original”
That should do it ;-)
