How to: Change E-mail Box Send Copy to Address (Forwards) in SiteWorx

This article explains how to change the ‘Forward To’ address for an email box in SiteWorx (the ‘Send Copy To’ address).

1. Click the Hosting Features menu item if it is not already open.
2. Click the E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
3. Click the Mailboxes menu item.
4. Click the Edit button next to the E-mail account you wish to change the Send Copy to address for.
5. Enter a new email address in the Send Copy to field.
6. Click the Save button.
