What can I do if a legitimate email is filtered as Spam?
You can add the email address of the sender to your Safe List in the Account Options section of your Webmail account.
Note: Some bulk newsletters hide their true From address. To find the true From address, click the Show Full
Header link (in Webmail) and look for the "X- from" header. This is the true From address that you will need
to add to your Safe List.
