We are currently aware of a widespread Microsoft 365 (Office 365) outage that is impacting email delivery to and from Microsoft-hosted email accounts.

At this time, emails sent to recipients hosted on Microsoft 365 may be delayed or bounced due to Microsoft mail servers being intermittently unreachable. This issue is being widely reported and is now covered by major news outlets and outage monitoring services.

Important notes:

  • Outgoing email from domains hosted on our servers is working correctly

  • This issue is not related to your hosting, email configuration, or spam settings

  • The impact is isolated to Microsoft 365 recipient mail servers

  • No changes are needed on your end

Microsoft is actively working to restore full service. Once their mail servers are fully reachable again, email delivery will resume automatically.
