A Work Order is an authorization to expend resources to perform a task. This directive can be in the form of an email, electronic document, verbal request, or even a faxed document. We accept all of the above, primarily emails to request changes or work requests. If you request a task to be done, we will treat is as a work order and bill accordingly.
We bill in 30-minute increments without a Maintenance Block.
We will get back to you with any questions and a time/cost estimate to complete within three (3) business days [standard business hours are M-F, 9am – 5:00pm].
Your Work Order will be handled within 3-7 business days of Approval of the estimate provided to you.
You will be asked to provide Scarlett’s Web with ALL of the materials [photos, copy, instructions] needed so that we can quickly and efficiently complete your request. Please note, we cannot begin your Work Order until we have ALL materials needed.
Once we complete your Work Order, we will send you the changes for you to approve via email. If you have any additional modifications, we will make them within one (1) business day.
After we receive final Approval for the work performed, we will publish your changes live to the server.
Individual Work Orders are invoiced upon completion and payment is due.

WHAT IS A MAINTENANCE BLOCK?
Maintenance Blocks are prepaid Work Order hours.
Our billing rate is significantly reduced and billed in 15-minute increments with a Maintenance Block.
We will get back to you with any questions and a time/cost estimate to complete within one (1) business day if you have a maintenance contact. [standard business hours are M-F, 9am – 5:00pm].
Standard Work Order turnaround time is 2-5 business days with a Maintenance Block.
Rush fees will still apply for rush work orders—the $150 fee will be taken from the total value of the Maintenance Block.
Maintenance Blocks can be purchased in any hourly denominations with a minimum of 5 hours.
Clients with prepaid maintenance blocks will receive top priority with work order scheduling.
We will send you a summary, on request, of Work Orders tracked against the Maintenance Block.
Upon completing a Maintenance Block, we will send you a final summary of hours used.

My am I impressed!!! What you did in several hours the other party did not get done in 2 ½ months ... I am blown away. One can be called a painter if he paints a house, another can be a painter if he paints a landscape, but there are few artist.
