A. All invoices are emailed and due upon receipt.  For development, invoices are normally sent weekly, then a monthly statement is sent around the first of each month.   The exception to this is contracted projects over 20 hours.  You will then be invoiced according to your agreement terms.

Hosting invoices are emailed around the same time each month on the anniversary of your account – or once a year if you pay annually. Your hosting invoice will have dates of service (ex. Aug 2 – Sept 2). This means your hosting payment is due just after you receive this invoice, and due each month at that same time.
